Technical and Product Management
Several members of staff are experienced Technologists or Product
Managers, who can conduct independent audits and assess procedures
within fresh produce facilities in the UK or overseas. With such
a wealth of fresh produce knowledge these staff members are able
to undertake independent surveys to a level not normally seen in
the fresh produce sector.
Quality Controllers
All of our quality control inspectors are experienced in various
commodities of fresh produce such as Bananas, Pineapples, Grapes,
Stone fruit, Top Fruit, Soft Fruit, Melons, Citrus and most varieties
of Vegetables. Most of the team have a fresh produce background
and receive in house training and mentoring when they join the company
to broaden their experience and knowledge. We have dedicated training
staff who monitor all staff members performance and development
within the company using criteria testing and discussion groups
several times each month which is in line with our ISO9001 accreditation.
Administration Staff
Techno Fresh has a small team of dedicated accounts, administration
and human resources staff who will look after your account and answer
any queries that you may have.
